By accessing the k11 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, a Player conclusively confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and k11.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if an Account has been created, contact k11 support at [email protected] to request Account closure.
These Terms apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rule expressly states otherwise.
To be eligible to register and use k11, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
k11 may request documentary evidence of age, identity, or address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on k11. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding Balance.
Players must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. k11 accepts no liability for loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain current account information, including a valid email address or mobile number.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. k11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. Any activity conducted via a Player's Account — whether or not authorised by the Player — is the Player's responsibility. Players must notify k11 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account.
k11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses can be processed:
k11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. k11 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where enhanced verification is required.

All Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on k11 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied at the platform level.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by k11 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. Players must read all applicable bonus conditions before accepting any promotional offer.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. k11 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where it reasonably believes a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics.
k11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players and k11 may apply geographic, payment-method, or game-category restrictions to any offer.
Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the k11 system, the outcome is determined by the relevant game engine, live dealer result, or sporting event result. All settled results are final. k11 will not reverse settled results except in cases of a verified technical malfunction or manifest error on the part of the Platform.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on k11 and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface prior to a wager being placed. k11 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or sports market, k11 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the relevant stake amounts to Players' Balances. k11 is not liable for any loss of winnings or profits arising from a technical malfunction, connectivity issue, or third-party platform outage.
All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by k11's applicable sport-specific rules. These rules cover market settlement, abandonment, postponement, and void-bet scenarios and are published within the sports betting section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k11 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
k11 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where k11 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct harmful to the Platform or other Players.
A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting k11 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance (net of applicable bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. k11 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts as notified to the Player by email. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

k11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
k11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
k11 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform's servers. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
